We are very sad to hear of the passing of Sir Henry Brooke, a retired Lord Justice of Appeal.
He tweeted last week about his upcoming cardiac valve surgery operation, but today his son, Nick Brooke, broke the news of his passing on Twitter.
Sir Henry Brooke was a tireless advocate for access to justice and the Law Centre movement.
